As the title!  Are there seasons for pressure washing when you get busy?  Is it a spring summer business mostly?

Where I am there's a little frost, that's it.  I guess snow and ice would be a problem!

You get less domestics this time of year but we still get the odd few for drives and patios sprucing up to impress their guests for xmas.
We've still got plenty on commercial sector, did a bit today at gmex for X Factor final, glad it rained as it would have iced over. if it stayed like it was this morning.

I hear it many times that it's just a spring and summer job, it is for many if it's an add on to other works but if it's what the company does, just mainly pressure washing, like us then there's work there and a lot of paving is getting slimy this time.

blastaway if you have time to look online,   can you point out a few  pressure washers , the cheapest first which would be suitiable to start driveway cleaning,    so i can then compare prices online  maybe dec.   january may have sale discounts.     i know im looking at 12 litres pm + to start. stop me looking too much comparing getting a headache.

Depends what you want mate, petrol or diesel?

After having a stint of using chinese copies I would only recommend genuine machines. If you want new pay the extra for reliability and ease of find parts.

I've had a copy Honda and a copy Yanmar, great for a short time until little problems appear.

Nothing wrong in buying a decent used machine and spending a few quid to service it. All our genuine machines we've bought second hand that haven't been looked after and we've had them put right.

You can pick up some good bargains.
