It was a simple question don't you think? What's your views?

My view is that I don't think it's a valid question when asked on a forum that is made up of a majority of people who spend their whole working lives servicing their customer base in the best way they can - however big or small it may be - in order to give a great service whilst providing for their families. I think that if you are as condescending to the people you deal with in your business, whatever size it is, as you are to the people you've addressed in this thread then you run the risk of alienating your customers and the forum members.

It was a simple question, but it was a bl**dy stupid one.

I personally don't give a rat's bottom whether people think I am running a business or not.

All I know is that I clean windows to put food on the table, clothes on backs and a roof over my family's heads, and I decide when, where and how I clean said windows.

Have a nice day.

Being diplomatic is being able to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.
