Fair enough.

If you're getting it for £12 a month then I'd say that's a pretty good price  :D

I was doing a job for a self employed electrician a
couple of weeks ago.
He bought the Quick Book software for I think he
said £240.
So why am I paying £21 a month forever.

Fran

Do Barclays let you opt out but still keep the business
account, haven't rung them to find out yet?

To be honest John, I really don't know.

However, I doubt it as all banks charge a monthly fee (varies). What you are paying for with barclays is a whole package. Business management software etc. as well as quickbooks.

I don't know what he other banks are charging but I'm happy with what I get. (Rephrase that, I'm not happy with any bank but I can't run my business without one) so I guess I'll just keep paying the £21.

Fran.

Reassuring to know there is that level of support if needed.

Don't know anyone who's bought it and not thought it was a sound investment.

You should do a promo video Kev of happy customers.

Support is essential, and I physically cannot NOT help anyone whos asks for it - even if its unrelated to software, just couldnt live with myself. As it happens though there are a couple of video testimonials on our promo video http://www.youtube.com/user/kevff6

It's not just the £21 though is it.
I'm charged for every transaction be it cash or cheque.

Hi Jand S
One way to legally reduce your bank charges is to get a seperate paying in book for your private account and use this paying in book exclusively for paying in cash takings to your private account. If your bank queries it you can truthfully say it is your drawings.

If push comes to shove you can always then transfer the cash back into your business account electronically (usually) without charge.

At about 80p per £100 cash paid in that will save you a large amount on your business bank charges.

Hope that helps.

Roger

I have a current account with a different bank and pay
most cash payments in there to be honest.
I only pay into the business account what I need to
cover my monthly outgoings at the beginning of the month.
After the first week everything goes into the current account
anyway, even cheques if I can get away with making
them out to me rather than the business account.

Kevin

I currently keep my contacts on Microsoft Office Access.
When I licence CM can I import them straight onto the
CM database or is it the grind of doing it manually?

Imported all my data onto the spreadsheet but when
I try to save I get "CleanersMateImport.csv is read only. To save a copy give it a new name
in the save as dialogue box"

Is this because the product isn't licensed yet???

Hi Kev

I have been looking at your software and downloaded the trial version which looks great.
I have one question for you though.
I re format my pc once a year by backing up all important files then clear out the rubbish and start again with a fresh install of windows.
Does this mean that every two times I do this I will need to re purchase again ?

Cheers

Steve
