yep, very similar heater. Only 2 heat settings, so not the best for wfp imo,.. still a good company to deal with though!

That looks like the Bottom of the range rannai it's not the rannai 16i that concept use that model requires a flue.

N. Ireland ?  it will cost over £100 in petrol to just get there, i think i might have to do a DIY myself

Usually about 2-2,5 weeks. Really depends on how hot you want it, how much work you do. Bit like how long is a piece of string.
