I run a very sucessful cleaning business and looking to sub out 80 houses in the chorley lancashire area, these houses are after builds of which the contract is signed of which cleaning will start in December and is over a period of time at short notice to be completed so will include:-

Flats, 2,3,4,5 bedroon houses..

Windows, all plastics and doors ect....  All to be cleaned by water fed pole system, so no trads can do this work. You must have a full health and safety policy and be registered, Insurance. A method statement, cscs card. this is a strict contract. So would expect you to be able to attend at a drop of a hat, because of new clients moving in.

Im looking for a price for the full cleaning of each house. So please add you quotes as a single clean house or flat.

Lancashire has hardly any waterfed-pole operators living in it in it; and those that do do not have insurance or produce health and safety docs, method statements etc.

And no-one is going to attend at the "drop of a hat" ...

the only part this person has put that is not right is the drop of the hat.

I know guys up there that have all the things.

My guess is drop of a hat is within a couple of days before 12noon, i do these contracts direct with a national buider and they work quite well as they are long term.

 hi Bob, you say it has all to be done by water fed pole if these are builders cleans is this possible due to cement, plaster, silicone and paint etc on the glass

All the cleaning is, is the outside, so ladders can be used for the windows ect...but not for the plastics, so water fed would be more pref, for safety, this is what the client wants.

Hi Bob i have all the documentation you would require except from cscs cards as i have not done builders cleans for quite a few years and you did not need these back then, i could soon obtain these though, before i could give a price i would need to view them to see how much plastic and glass there is involved, if not built yet then a plan would be ok, i am only 20 minutes away from chorley so could view anytime. We used to carry out a lot of builders cleans like this but as said not done any for quite a few years

But the houses are just being built now due to start cleaning in December on a rolling cleaning pattern as there are ready for cleaning and people moving in, so they wouldnt be really dirty, all im looking for is a ball part figure on a average ill call you from your business website is that ok.

There is also a new build on the site that i have sign contract for a office block plus gym so theres a good lot of work to be subed out over the next year.
