Commerical job which I do 2-3 months. Altogether this job is worth £155 . The Commerical office rings you during those 2-3 months and then you clean their office building as well as 4 other houses (the directors). All done on the same day and easy and a well priced job.

office £40
4 houses, £35, £40, £25 and £10/£20 with frames when she wants them doing

I wouldn't pay for work like that... It's ad hoc - Surely not worth anything?

Is this in leicester?
If I'm right, this guy has had it advertised on Gumtree ages ago
He didn't want much for it, think about £250 or so?? Maybe less

Seems a bit desperate to get rid mate so might be worth a punt with low offer but is it worth the ball ache?

Not really worth anything - no contract in place - clean them when the customer wants - if my customers wanted this arrangement then the business would collapse overnight.

i wouldnt give him that much mate,

all i would offer him is 30% of the clean or £50 after they pay

its not worth anything at those terms , he should have arranged a frequency with them then it would have been worth something
for all you know they might want to skip jan and call you in spring...

Hi
Why dont you go to the customer and try and arrange something more solid,ie once every 3 month,if he agrees then you are in a better position to make him an offer.
              Regards Sean  :)
