Jet not working properly on hand tool
« on: November 12, 2012, 11:37:48 pm »
One jet is not letting anything out at all and the other dosnt seem to be letting enough out. At 300psi it is just dampening the surface.

Any ideas?

Thanks

what tool you got?

maybe something blocking the holes? use a bit of fuse wire to unblock. best to take of the jet off before doing that to make sure you dont push it further in.

When you remove the Jets there may be a filter with a check valve, these just pull out but they may need a gentle twist with flat screwdriver. Give these a good rinse under the tap and use a worn tooth brush as they can get blocked. Inside the mesh is a small bearing and a spring and they need the flow of water through them to work.
