old debters

i came across some paperwork the otherday of debters that owe me money still from a year ago.i no longer clean the windows but should i chase them for the money they owe me?

Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014
October  total=  cleaned  extra per month
November = cleaned extra per month
Total £  so far.

Thats what im thinking.it adds up and why should they be let off.
Takings off all first cleans till march 7th 2014

Its the principal of the thing! I chased €100 outstanding for nearly a year - it almost certainly cost me more in time & fuel than the money owed, but the satisfaction of finally getting paid really made it worth it.  ;D ;D

I don't mind when ppl genuinely can't afford my service - in the current climate I've lost a few to that & appreciate their honesty in telling me. The ones that know they can't pay but don't cancel & don't pay really get on my wick!
