It's raining, I'm child minding and I had a bit of a session yesterday afternoon, so I'm not too bothered about working, either.
My little lad goes to nursery this afternoon, so I might do a bit.........if it stops raining!
I tend to do half days, anyway.

Same as the rest - doing paperwork and dipping in and out of here ...

Dan the Man out in the garden tidying the van, cleaning the poles, setting the timer for immersion and cleaning out the garage so I can put more rubbishy window cleaning "spares" in it!

Rest of week forecast looks reasonable and I'll work Friday if I have to. (That's my normal day off as we do a 4 day week.)
It's a game of three halves!

I did a first clean this morning and a house nearby, but now I am creating an Excel s/sheet of my customers to email to Chris at Aworka. Finally I am getting automated (I wish).

Wasnt working really ... ball busting would suit the work ive done today. Neighbour came out while i was cleaning some fascias this afternoon "can you do mine"

Couldnt be arsed as it was getting late, so i doubled the price i was charging for his neighbours and he pulled out his wallet , handed over the cash and said peep when your done so i can lock the gate.

Was dark when i left ;D

I had two commercial jobs for Jewish customers. With them, the work gets done on the date said and at time previously decided otherwise it don't get done at all ever.

I find the Jews are extremely polite and practical thinking customers who pay extremely well but rightly expect the job done to a very high standard.

Got absolutely soaked doing the work but we got a referral to another Jew who we quoted who then said if he's happy with the work, he has more work for us.

All in all, it was worth getting sodden wet.

Had it been domestic customers, we'd have packed up and gone home.

I reckon Gary999 who started this thread is just lazy and miserable old bleeder who's just trying to justify not getting wet by trying to find others like him.  ;D
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.
