Everyone needs a customer like this to remind them how great the rest of them are!

Go trad

And take 30 mins instead of ten and get an earbashing when the sun comes out and she can see the squeegee "kicks".
It's a game of three halves!

I once had a call back from a shirty sounding customer only to discover that the dirty marks were on the INSIDE of the window.

I had a customer phone and say that her windows hadn't come up very clean at all. She found the SAE I'd left from 3 weeks previously and assumed I'd been around that day.

When I explained it, she accused me of putting the envelope through her door that day and trying to con her with the date of clean. I told her to not bother sending a cheque and good bye.

Her husband phoned me about a day later and asked me to carry on cleaning the window and to say the cheque was in the post as he remembered seeing the envelope from 3 weeks before as it's bright yellow.

It turns out that if I don't do the windows, he has to. It made me smile.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.
