If I were Pure Freedom I'd have this whole thread pinned up on the reception wall!! ;D

Given this & previous evidence, sounds like these Willis's are crooks!

I will want to check out account and user against those in the office

If you do, then you'll be in breach of the data protection act.

They CIU could be sued by the information comissioner.

Even ISPs can't give out users IP addresses without a court order.

Don't tell me that someone actually understands the DPA?

Andrew, I will email you later. All I will be doing is showing you the same Ip number you all use. There are about five accounts all with the same ip number. And that Gordon account is interesting with regards the content of the posts. I am on my phone at the moment. My legs are not working and it's not alcohol related.

been using this company for two years now spent a lot of money probably about £21.000  kitting my three vans out and brought a lot of poles from them which are the worst poles in the industry.

and this is what you get

1. rude staff
2. when their equipment breaks they don’t help and charge you mental costs to repair.

i would advice fellow windeys the equipment are cheap but with that comes poor customers service and poor quality equipment we have had to change the controls about 4 times my static system has to have the resin changed every two weeks which means I’m spending £80 every two weeks on resin - didn’t say that at the start when i brought it!!!!

Lucky we have now just brought a ionic’s system may cost more but in the long run it will save money plus won’t have to put up with them plonkers.

has anyone else had bad service from them or am i just unlucky any feedback people

just saying

Nameless Drudge got to post first.

Are you the same Michael Willis that had lots of good to say about them within the last 18 months?

Are you also the same Mike Willis that very aggressively threatened to  take legal action against anyone (including forum members) making untrue, libellous comments if they are damaging to CSWC?

http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=126015.msg1091549#msg1091549

So how is it OK for you to slate Pure Freedom on here but no one is able to say anything in a similar vein about you or your business without being threatened?

As Nat has already pointed out, this doesn't sound right. If you are the only one having a problem, then maybe the problem is an internal one.

I would like to say that I don't know you at all and I have only dealt with Pure Freedom once, for resin, and on that occassion their service was excellent. One of the windies in the same village as we are uses PF for all his business requirements and he can't speak highly enough of them, their advise and service.

I do know Andrew and Dave from Impact43 though. From what I know of them, and that they have a 75% stake in your business, I think they would be very embarrassed if they read this post IMHO, especially as their Impact43 trainer on the WFP side recommends the Pure Freedom range of products and services.

Impact43 has no shares in Clean Safe

you should let your brother know

CSWC is a family business
I own a 25% stake in the venture and the remaining 75% is owned by IMPACT43
IMPACT43 is a (Partnership) including Andrew Willis, Dina Willis, David Willis and other members of the family. (I have no part in IMPACT43)

Or just phone Admin and get them to them to delete this whole sorry episode

Another solution would be to E.MAIL / PHONE everyone and threaten them with legal action

So have you told him Yet ?

Or are you ignoring the fact that someone has been caught out ?

I wouldnt waste your time, i have checked my 'billy bullpoo book of excuses' and i have come up with a excuse :

Someone in the office has let my brother use our wifi in his unit, my brother then met Gordon in ' some ' bar and they went back to the office to compare poles

Impact 43 brought some equipment and small window cleaning rounds ....trading 2011-20102
Mick ownership start up (25%)
IMPACT43 (75%)
The agreement was we would release ownership / as debt for equipment and rounds was paid off
Clean Safe has paid all money trading 2011-20102
Therefore IMPACT43 owns no part of Clean Safe
Or is owed money by Clean Safe

David Willis here, I just want to have my say on this whole thread.

Firstly...wow, don’t you all think this whole thing is a bit over the top. The original post was started by a forum user who was expressing their own experience with a particular supplier...something which happens here daily!

Would I have personally posted the thread and dealt with it this way...no! My brother is a 26 year old man who has been running a business for 2 years, in hindsight he would probably look back and think "I wish I hadn't posted that".

How many of you have done this in the past, if you trail back through all of other members posts you will find some sort of dirt or an embarrassing post.

Some of you revert back to the posts where he had said all but good things about pure freedom. At that time he probably felt that way....most of you probably had a full set of hair at some point but that has changed, as does the opinion people have.

Has it really done any harm to Pure Freedom, my opinion would be that it has had the total opposite and when they read this which of course they will, they will have a big smile across their faces and from the comments on here, so they should have. This doesn't change the way Michael feels he has been treated as a customer.

Regarding the old chestnut of Impact43/Clean safe. When clean safe was created a couple of years back, Impact43 did have a financial interest as some of you have pointed out (I really can’t be bothered to explain it all again, you can find it in past posts). Again times and circumstances lead to change and maybe this forum had a part in this as it was seen as a conflict of interest. Only my dad (Andrew Willis) can answer this. But what I can say is Andrew or Impact43 do not have anything to do with clean safe. Clean safe has a unit next to the offices of Impact43 and therefore the reason for the same or similar IP addresses, other than that, they have nothing to share other than the old pint of milk or reel of bog roll.

Anyone on here who knows my dad well, will know he is a top bloke and has a very strong ethic in regards to trust and integrity, so any issues with fake profiles etc in the Impact camp will be dealt with accordingly.

Mark, you are correct that Impact use the pure freedom product in training, the same as we do many other different suppliers equipment, all of these are on a totally neutral basis and the point is to allow users to make their own minds up. The part I am lost on though is you say you know me and Andrew personally, when have we met? Have you attended our training? Can’t put a name to a face on this one!

In regards to all the other comments regarding Clean Safe and the local Lincolnshire window cleaners....really is water off a window cleaners waterproofs. I am bored of hearing all this undercutting talk, for starters most of you at one point were pee'd off because we were canvassing your areas hard. I get door to door salesman on my door all the time trying to sell me gas/electricity/stolen goods....oh is that just Boston and do I give them the time of day? If my current supplier of gas/electricity is providing a bad service or are charging me too much then yes I am happy to hear what they have to say. If I am happy with my current supplier and what I am paying then I tell them "no thank you".

If you are all providing a good service at a competitive rate then you have nothing to worry about....or bitch about! If you not then you only have yourself to blame.
Why would we, like any other business want to work hard for less? Have we underpriced work at some point?...No doubt! Anyone who says they haven’t are basically talking crap! Basically we all work in different ways and do the day to day tasks differently, if we didn’t then we would not all be on a forum listening to how others do it.

The best thing for this whole thread is for it to disappear into the sunset...like many others have and for us all to get up in the morning go out, earn some dollar and come back on here tomorrow to argue over the next episode.

David Willis here, I just want to have my say on this whole thread.

So Michael Willis is Clean safe

You are David Willis but post as Clean safe

Andrew Willis ( your dad ) says that Impact has no ties to Clean safe

So are you Impact or Clean safe ?

Clean safe has a unit next to the offices of Impact43 and therefore the reason for the same or similar IP addresses, other than that, they have nothing to share other than the old pint of milk or reel of bog roll.

You should have gone for the excuse I made up
it is more plausible

I wouldnt waste your time, i have checked my 'billy bullpoo book of excuses' and i have come up with a excuse :

Someone in the office has let my brother use our wifi in his unit, my brother then met Gordon in ' some ' bar and they went back to the office to compare poles
