Hi agree tosh

Certainly looks like at least from the same office.

Do clean safe operate from the impact office ?

I have to hold my hands up to having done something similar once. when Clean safe were approaching my customers and the whole thing was blowing up on here I had a separate account as i did not wish to be named personally as I was in the middle of the course with Impact 43. I said a few thing which Clean safe did not like.
I had a call from Andrew Willis threatening to take legal action against me if i did not print an apology on here.
I did it.

So I am shocked to find its a case of "do as I say not as I do"  Only one word springs to mind.... Hypocrites.

If its true then an apology is in order from the Willis family.
Come on boys, i was big enough.....  are you?

Foot note...
I have helped many guys start up in this business. One only 3 weeks ago. I advised him to buy from PF as the prices were good and the equipment just what he needed. (with the exception of the poles which I advised him to go elsewhere)
I was very impressed with the customer service and all equipment is working perfectly.

Very well. If you say so, then ok.

However I stand by what i said. I was called by Andrew and If look back I probably still have the email from him threatening legal action, Would you like me to post it if I find it?

I am not getting into a fresh argument with you guys as i have no beef with you anymore. To be fair to you guys I have not had any reports from either my customers or my workforce about cleansafe's "methods of gaining custom" so i guess we are all now getting along together as it should be.

It was not me who said you had 2 accounts but if someone working in Leicester has hacked into your office computer perhaps you should be a little concerned  ;)

Neil I believe his problem is when you drag impact in to it. I have no problem I have never had any problem. I'm just trying to do the best I've only been doing this for two years and have learned a lot.

Michael on that occasion I never dragged impact into it, others did. However I was contacted and threatened with legal action.
I found Impacts training to be very good, Andrew is a very good instructor. I would recommend anyone doing the course he offers.
However the point here is that it has been suggested that you have two accounts. Something I did, and was pulled up on by Andrew personally.

If indeed you do then I would suggest you apologize as I did. If not, perhaps let Gareth Foster from Leicester explain who he is and why he uses your computer?
just a thought  :)

been using this company for two years now spent a lot of money probably about £21.000  kitting my three vans out and brought a lot of poles from them which are the worst poles in the industry.

and this is what you get

1. rude staff
2. when their equipment breaks they don’t help and charge you mental costs to repair.

i would advice fellow windeys the equipment are cheap but with that comes poor customers service and poor quality equipment we have had to change the controls about 4 times my static system has to have the resin changed every two weeks which means I’m spending £80 every two weeks on resin - didn’t say that at the start when i brought it!!!!

Lucky we have now just brought a ionic’s system may cost more but in the long run it will save money plus won’t have to put up with them plonkers.

has anyone else had bad service from them or am i just unlucky any feedback people

just saying

Spoke with Michael this morning, expressed my views that this is not a very professional post. He advised that he has had some bad service lately that’s caused him lots of problems. This week in particular, “letting off steam”.

Not the way to handle it shows we all have bad days. However I have advised he addresses problems professionally with Pure Freedom and then post any feedback if he needs to post feedback to the forum.

Impact does have a portable trolley in the van which we use on training days
Strangely we had problems with it this week mainly because when we folded the handle we caught the hose in it and caused and air lock luckily Ian the trainer fixed the problem.

I really like the Pure Freedom trolley

Are you the same Michael Willis that had lots of good to say about them within the last 18 months?

Are you also the same Mike Willis that very aggressively threatened to  take legal action against anyone (including forum members) making untrue, libellous comments if they are damaging to CSWC?

http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=126015.msg1091549#msg1091549

So how is it OK for you to slate Pure Freedom on here but no one is able to say anything in a similar vein about you or your business without being threatened?

As Nat has already pointed out, this doesn't sound right. If you are the only one having a problem, then maybe the problem is an internal one.

I would like to say that I don't know you at all and I have only dealt with Pure Freedom once, for resin, and on that occassion their service was excellent. One of the windies in the same village as we are uses PF for all his business requirements and he can't speak highly enough of them, their advise and service.

I do know Andrew and Dave from Impact43 though. From what I know of them, and that they have a 75% stake in your business, I think they would be very embarrassed if they read this post IMHO, especially as their Impact43 trainer on the WFP side recommends the Pure Freedom range of products and services.

Brilliant feedback

Michael - or anyone - please take a look at this profile and tell me by their back posts who you think it is?

http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=28657

Is this a 'sock puppet' account for Michael Willis?  They have exactly the same I.P. number which makes me suspicious?  And the content of the posts also makes me suspicious.

Can anyone have a look and confirm or deny it?

Thanks in advance.  Having more than one account - just to be nasty to other folk - behind a false name isn't really British I don't think.  So I just like to confirm stuff before I begin deleting accounts.

Cheers.

Tosh, could you e mail me the IP address on this account ....andrew.willis@impact43.com
I will want to check out account and user against those in the office

If I were Pure Freedom I'd have this whole thread pinned up on the reception wall!! ;D

Given this & previous evidence, sounds like these Willis's are crooks!

I own a 25% stake in the venture and the remaining 75% is owned by IMPACT43
IMPACT43 is a (Partnership) including Andrew Willis, Dina Willis, David Willis and other members of the family. (I have no part in IMPACT43)

Tosh, I'm sure you've seen my run in's with Gareth Foster, it does make sense considering past comments I've made regarding impact43. If this is the case its a bit sad. For the record I'd like to state I've nothing against impact43 and have had reasonable debate with Andrew Willis its a pity it appears all the family aren't the same.

Sorry about your News, Afterall that, you did not have a stalker, just a idiot

Neil

At the time there was a lot of libelous comments on the forum against Impact43
I am happy with freedom of speech, as I have said before as long at its not libelous, malicious and unfairly damaging, What fails me is that Mick is an ex infantry soldier, has come out the army and set up a window cleaning business, work hard, tries to be proffesional “apart from this forum post” lol
