tony, as far as i know the scrubba will work with any portable im sure somone on here will be able to confirm that.

ian, its the medium sized one the scrubba deluxe, if you go on there website www.extracta.co.uk you will be able to check the sizes.

not sure how old it is as i brought it used myself from another member of this forum (conrad, briteclean) he may be able to answer that for you if not i have the serial number im sure you can check the age with extracta.

reason for selling.
i have 2
when i decided to start this buisness i decided i was gonna get the excell machine with the scrubba tool so i advertised on the forums to buy a used setup.

ended up buying a scrubba first wich turned out to be knackered, then conrad came up with a package with machine scrubba dryer etc. so i went for that as well.

i spent £300 getting the 1st scrubba overhauled by extracta and then decided i may as well use and keep that one as extracta had gone over it and replaced a lot of parts so in affect it was now a reconditioned as oposed to a second hand one.

the one of conrad has been sitting in a cupboard ever since.

your welcome to look through my previous posts and you will see i swear by this tool and use it on every job, dont worry im not just trying to get rid of my old junk coz it dont do the job.

hi ian,
first picture is the actual machine
£300 was to replace brushes, some casing inside, and all the bearings, they used to be made with twin brushes and aparently after a while these would just wreck the machine, so it was changed to a single brush meaning they had to fit new mounts as well.

the one i am selling has the single brush so you shouldnt have a problem.

ian, they dont have the weight in the catalouge or on the web site iv allready checked, how do you usually find out the weight?

gary, yeah i saw it yesterday myself
i chose the name to be different
its memorable and suggests a quality service i dont like all these a1 cleaning and a&h cleaning, top clean etc etc etc
people only use us once in a blue moon so i wanted a name they would remember

seems i wernt the only one though, iv come across another 3 apart from the guy on e-bay
take a look at this one  http://www.theredcarpetcompany.co.uk/

Usually suppliers Spec tells you aprox.weight.

What carrier did you use when you had it delivered.

I will  contact Amtrak for cuurent prices.  Im just concerned because they have weight limit.

Last time i exceeded it but it was OK

But local ownership has now changed and he does not know me.
