placed an order with gardiners at 9.54am got an email back at 10.03 am saying goods dispatched , come on Alex you can do better than that

Probably just marked as despatched rather than actuallybdespatched. Tbh, I have dealt with two firms. Mostly Pure Freedom, but some Gardiners and both have been excellent. I guess they realise that if they don't despatch quick, we lose money and will go elsewhere.

you could be right but they issued a tracking number so i assumed they had been dispatched

it wont be despatched at that time of day. They've picked, packed and ready for despatch, and as so will have a con. numder allocated to it
