£13 average means they only need to clean 15 properties a day, so either you have an awful lot of traveling time between houses or they're not trying very hard

Im fine thanks carl. Im not on here much anymore for exactly the reasons of my last post. totally fed up this year with the grief you get when others simply dont get it on this forum. Its a great forum for newbies and such.

I set a weekly target of £1250 to be done mon to thur wherei pay 25%, if weather allows.. and fridays/saturdays are for new first cleans where i pay 50% of what is done to keep moral up.

1250 mon-thurs is that one man or two???
