Hi All,

Does anyone have experience of submitting a tender for work?

How do you go about it?

What details do you need to submit etc..?

Many Thanks,
Andy

Yes I do. Usually you have to submit what they call a PQQ which are standard questions on your policies and insurance docs; H& S policy, Enviromental policy etc.Sometimes they ask fo a copy of your financial accounts for the last 3 years or your profit and loss print outs from your accounts package. Or you could ask your bank manager to write a letter on your account and how it is being handled. General questions on bankruptcy, criminal charges any H& S issues. They are all different but if you need any further help email me denise@newportcitycleaningltd.co.uk
I attend workshops on tendering which are free and run by Welsh Assembly funding to Venture Wales. Not sure if you have anything in your area but you could ask maybe your local Chamber of Commerce.
