how longs a piece of string?? dont use wfp not designed for that sort of heavy duty cleaning not unless you use an old brush head!!! any one charges how they see it main factor how long do you think itll take and have to be competitive!

My question is 'how much WOULD YOU charge? Yes, I shall be charging what im happy with, obviously, but im intrested to know what others would charge.

How many hours do you reckon? £300 seems low, but hard for me to estimate time to clean that.

really, I sub out a similar job and the building gets washed for £175, it is done every 6 months though, going to start doing it myself though

I have no idea on the gutters though

As this is a regular window clean customer that ive had for years, I dont need to quote it, just go ahead and clean then send the bill in 

I reckon it will take about 4/5 hours.

It doesnt look dirty in the pictures, but it is quite bad when your close up.

My plan is to fill tank with tap water, then just pump straight out bypassing the DI.

Nice little earner when I eventually get round to doing it.

scrubbing it all would take ages . got to be 400 ,whose got a whole day free anyway ?

These jobs are a ball ache and are a lot tougher than you think once you start, especially if they have got the black staining

I wouldn't charge anything... I wouldn't take on the job in the first place.

I've done work like this in the past and I really don't like it.

You can't beat good old regular window cleaning.

i love a chanellge and would do that in less of a day and charge a good rate for it.

cleaning all outside gutters and full fascias i reckon a full day to clean(my day is around 6 hours!)so £250 id be happy with.

PUMP on full and stiff sill brush on pole.spray with virosol first with 5L pressure sprayer.400L in van and id expect to use the lot.

job done!!!
