How about looking on line for an answer? You know, do some research and use some of your own time first.

Why should I give you the best deal free gratis and for nothing when I spent my time finding the answer.

Which bank to use isn't exactly complicated or requires a degree to work out the answer.

All banks are thieves.

I am with RBS. I negotiated a reasonable deal.

A good idea is get yourself a check-list of what you want / need from them, then go round and speak to their 'relationship managers', and negotiate. Someone will have a 'product' which is suitable for you. One day off work will save you loads of cash in the long run.

Oh yeah, STAY AWAY FROM SANTANDER.

Problem with Santander number 1: I found the lack of bank manager unworkable, I need someone to shout at when things go wrong.

Problem with Santander number 2: I was with Alliance and Leicester which was great. Then they got bought over by Santander who, in their wisdom, stopped giving me references with payments coming into my account. I have 100s of payments coming in from customers. I have spent years training my customers up to put their unique reference number on all payments to me. That was over a year ago, there are still payments I have been unable to identify.

Problem with Santander number 3: They paid the lads wages twice by mistake, told me it was their fault and just to leave it, then 1 month later changed their mind and demanded I retrieve it from my employees.
