Best product for upvc?

Hi guys can anyone advise me on the best product to use when cleaning fascias, exterior gutters, cladding and conservatories? Im wanting to use something as well as pure water. Thanks. -Mike-

Don't bother using pure though it's a waste, tap water will do with upvc and conny roofs
