Looks like an oily product no good on carbon fibre it needs to be a dry lubricant by the stuff gardiners sells . Mike

This is not suitable as it is not a dry film lubricant but is an oil based lubricant.

I use this one, works fine and safe to use ( I think), just be careful not to overspray.
