just secured a contract for 6 funeral director stores on the wirral not huge earner but fortnightly cleans hopefully get other work by each one they were tied into a contract with previous contractor because they did mention they have to give 28 days notice etc does anyone have a simple contract i could look at and use to offer similar thing to them

Will they be coffin the money up individually  or will it come from one body? Another dead end job for Richy. What happens when you bugger off at Christmas? Will you undertake to keep to the contract? Could be a grave decision and you might have to dig deep.

not that simple when dont really know how to word it or what too include!!

CONTRACT FOR WINDOW CLEANING SERVICES



This is a formal agreement between (Your Business Name) and (Client’s Name)


Both Parties Agree:

•   That the Contract shall be for a period of 12 months and may be terminated by either party giving 30 days notice in writing.

•   That the Contract does not include the provision of a service on Bank/Public Holidays.

•   That invoicing shall take place upon completion of works and shall become due for payment within 28 days of the invoice date.

(OR – Delete if not applicable)

•   (For monthly invoices regarding work carried on continually through the month. eg. Daily Shop work.)  That Invoicing shall take place in advance and shall become due for payment by the 7th day of the following month (by which time all work for the period concerned will have been completed).


The Contractor Agrees :

•   To provide the service in accordance with the attached specification outlined, dated (ENTER DATE) and at the agreed frequency of visits.

•   To comply fully with all current health and safety legislation and other relevant statutory obligations.

•   To conduct itself in a courteous and discreet  manner at all times.

•   To uphold the security and confidentiality of The Clients premises.


The Client Agrees :

•   To provide access to The Contractor where necessary so as to complete the job.
•   To settle all accounts by the due date.

am not very good with words and writing letters either but it really is quite simple just to use your imgation to write down the terms based on what u and they want? cleaning frequency,what happens if ur late, payment, late payment, so on

im actually ok at writing things in letters etc just using words to make it sound official

 Funeral Directors don't like coffin' up the money when your invoice arrives.  :D
