Aworka Question
« on: October 28, 2012, 07:13:32 am »
Hi

Ok so inputting my work etc.. onto this system and ready to roll with it..

so ive added all the custys as new customers , their next clean date schedule etc.....

The question is when i go into the planner why can't i see the work in the diary planner format??

Or

Do have to do this manually??

or am i completely doing something wrong ???

I thought that when you added the next clean date when you add your customer then also the frequency it would automatically populate the work to that date then every date thereafter depending on the frequency??

Possibly mate i was looking at the new job page when giving you info before .

If you click add new job and on that page were you input details including frequency ie once every 4wks and allowed days then it is below that on my laptop which should be the same for you but that box is normally ticked automatically .

is you work showing up on the planner page yet. Mike

When adding new jobs are setting the dates correctly for each planned job .

If jobs are in wrong place on planner you can drop and drag each job individually or if you need to move p anned jobs forward 1 day you can use the nudge button .

If you are stilling having probs  just phone me mate might be easier . Mike

Hi Paul

You have to enable 'Auto plan next job' in your Settings (I think I might enable this by default as most people seem to use it).

Once enabled, a job will reschedule for next time when you mark it Done or Skipped.

If you have any other queries, feel free to contact me directly.

Chris yes sorted in settings ... and that answers my next question which was i still cant see the projected work going forward.... but that will drop in i take it when i mark this works as done it will auto reschedule for the say 4 week time on the planner if ive read that right...

Last one on the home page the next due list is just all over the place as mentioned above ... completely not in sink with the planner round or schedule

Hi Paul

I've had a look at your planner and next due list...  It will probably make more sense if you remove all jobs from the Planner from 28th November onwards, so that you have only planned each job once for the next clean. The auto planning will take care of all future planning.

Sorry to jump in here but chris do you know when aworka is going to be available on iphones? Please could you be more accurate than saying "soon" though. Because at the moment the only thing stopping me signing up is just wanting this so i can carry one thing rather than a palm as well. Cheers

Do you NEED to sync it everyday to get that days info or something? And if you didnt sync it everyday would you need to print off a worksheet for the day? Cheers

Hi Chris

Perhaps auto plan should be a check box (default: unchecked) on the job screen rather than in settings.
