Hi this one is for all end of tenancy cleaners out there, now that the TDS is in play how are you finding it in relation to pricing and work practices? We are having issues especially with bespoke cleans vs standard cleans. property managers request item cleaning and miss out lots which mean we have to call and get authorisation for additions to work orders and changes to quotes.
I may go a little mad!
