Hard to say without having ago on them but yeah they look really good and strong mate.. My vans to small to carry them on board I think.. Shame you can't do a try before you buy basis it's very hard buying stuff without having ago on them first hey.
I've got 4 jobs Saturday I'm looking forwards to doing.

i'll give mine a weigh tomorrow. it's getting them upright that's the problem when they're too long. i turn cleaning gutters on big 3 storey buildings down, so if i could manage that height comfortably they would soon pay for themselves.

this is usually how it ends for me m8 ;)

i buy sommat and someone posts up something i would of preferred/ liked.

mine are in a mwb master so room not an issue.

i aint one to blow smoke up someones ar*e , but they really are a revelation in use. i flew round the property today .
i think even the 135 silicon bend is way better than a fixed shape on the end as there is so much movement there ( if u need it) that you aint changing position all the time

good business sense from alex really, he already uses / sells them so why not modify and selll as alternative product.

they look really nice, how high can you comforatably work with these? i've got 28' of 50mm alloy poles but find 24' is about as high as i can manage to use them with ease.

well my alu poles were over a kilo each these weigh 340grams i think .
so if i needed to i could manage  60 ft i reckon.

ive used 4 alu poles and end gear which equates to about 4.5kg
Same as Carl... I had guttercleaningsystems poles weighing 4.4kg without head attached and having carbon poles makes my job a joy to do now, flys over extensions no problem.

I would think that as they are carbon, the wear rate will be higher.

yeah that would be my worry.

my alloy poles are from guttervacuumsystems and they weigh 600g for a 4' section not including clip. so at 28' my alloy poles weigh 4.2kg (not including clips) where as the same length of these is 1.58kg, that's a hell of a difference.

They do look good but I'm sticking with my ally ones too.

I can't see carbon lasting all that long with the bashing about I give my poles, and the ally are built to last

hi guys ive used them for the first time today, and ive no comparison to alu poles but worked with 24 ft or 4 sections with ease , i learnt the wisdom of washing out the vacuum hose with a fresh bucket of water after each job ,otherwise the vacuum pressure does lose some power.

reminded me of when i first started wfp , takes a couple of days to figure the best and most effective way to work.
great to have a change from windows though

if u get them get the 135 degree silicon bend off ebay and the right size clips and a small length of alu to make ur own end tools.
i just cut up an old u tool and hammered the one end to make a crevice tool.

the silicone bend has so much movement its a godsend.

done a 4 bed detatched today ups and downs conny aswell , and then a 3 bed semi front and backs . paid for half the poles already.
and it was quite enjoyable to do them without constantly swapping arms etc.

i cleaned both ends up after each use , they cost too much to throw about.
