As above what is your average for a 3 bed semi 2 bays  2PVC door's
4 large ish windows at the rear etc ?

Oh say where you are from too please .

Just some custies think that £5 is the going rate for that including
Frames sills and doors .
I'm in Wolverhampton .

I do not need a survey or customer to tell me what to charge !   They either accept your price or find another cleaner !

You charge what you think you are worth.

I do charge what I think I'm worth just tonight I go to price a job 3 bed semi
Double bay's etc all leaded .
I go in with £15 and she says no way way to over priced .

I'm not paying more than a fiver so I say ok then she says if you do it or a fiver you can get me and my 2 neighbours too that's your £15 then slams the door in my face !

So judging by it so far the average wasn't far out from what I quoted anyway .

I'd go and chat up her two neighbours. They may be NORMAL and willing to pay a reasonable sum to have their windows cleaned. And you'd soooooo smile whilst doing them!

I ticked £12 but actually that would be for regular monthly on compact work.
Every other month would be £15.00.

As would one I had to drive to do as opposed to one in the same street as others.
