Theres no trick , no gimmick just a price .
LIKE slumpy says its having the balls to charge more .
Window cleaning on a lot of domestic will allways be low paid , theres allways going to be flyers pushed through letter boxes with silly prices like £2.50 , while this happens then prices are hard to increase .
Ive allways gave my price and stuck to it , if the customer dont want it i will walk away .
Last week i quoted 2 jobs within 60 yards of each other both houses same style £18 for first clean £10 every time after , 1 said yes the other was it seems a lot when i was only paying £4 .
Ok take it or leave it but its £18 then £10 and i walked away .
2 DAYS LATER i turn up to do the house that accepted the £18 i did that and away i went , DAY AFTER the other one who turned me down was on the phone saying will you PLEASE come and do my windows .
Dont get me wrong i do have work thats underpriced but they are all next door to each other and where i first started but i do make a decent income from them .
Give your price and stick to it , DO a good job everytime and if someone wants to post a flyer at £2.50 it wont make any diffrence as the customer will allways stick with good quality work thats done regular .
