Peter is no longer selling the fogwash - the one I linked to is the exact same model direct from the manufacturers though.

Anybody know why he has given up? Safety, reliability or something else. I have one in the van so would like to know if I should be worried.

http://anttree.en.made-in-china.com/product/HqfJDlbTHhcN/China-Gas-Water-Heater-Mae-Series-.html

Request a "sample" as they try to sell 300 at a time!

I contacted vatti who make the heater directly, as i got bo reply via the link you gave, about getting 3 shopped over, but they shipping charges quoted was $320 which seemed steep and put me off ordering.

Lee how much did they quote altogether for the 3 inc delivery mate? I could chip in with you depending on the price

It would be $503 for the 3, or $168 each plus import tax.

Are these any good?

They are a bigger heater 8L and may be too hot in the winter.

I've ordered this from America, it's a 5L, not 20min timer and needs less than 1lpm fit it to work. It had a 5 year warrenty, not that it will be worth much in the uk, but they must be pretty reliable to offer it.
