we use aplan full comp and pay the extra premium and we get a wfp van in a fault and non fault accident - one named driver who is over 50, and we pay 550 - ours is 1000 litre tank too. We tried adrian flux adn they coudlget the price or teh guaranteed replacement vechicle with wfp.

Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience

Talk to Sarah

Aplan i do not think it as any vans for you to work with will try to give you a van only no system in it
Read the small print and get it in writting
Please ask a plan how many vans they have got before you pay any money

Money side of it you only get what you pay for

I have allready had a claim some  polish driver backed into me next day van on front of house with ionic thermo pure system in
Worked with this for 2 weeks

Phoned AA today, they quoted £550 for van with tank up to 500L max fitted. (insurer was Highway)

Commercial vehicle direct were £510 with all sorts of 'extras' included (not really needed IMO)

A-Plan quoted £507 with Ageas as insurer.  Will cover tank fitted and will send paperwork to say that tank has been noted on policy.

Probably will go with A-Plan.

Com vehicle direct seemed very eager to make a sale there and then on the phone, not something I like personally until I've weighed up all the options.

RE. WFP fitted courtesy vans; this is not always as great a deal as it sounds..

If you have a non fault accident and don't want to claim on your own insurance, you won't get a WFP kitted courtesy van.

Hope that makes sense!

If you have do not have a professional fitted system alexander swan will not insure you and they only have few courtesy vans in different locations across uk .

As for A Plan i am insured with them and have the paperwork to prove they will provide a courtesy van with fully fitted 650 ltr  wfp system if my memory serves me well cant be bothered to dig paper work out .

Up for renewal in the next few weeks . Mike
