Zero hour contracts

Does anyone use a zero hour contract to employ their staff? Im looking at employing staff and zero hour contracts will fit in for the days when i wont need more staff. If anyone has a sample contract or know where i could get one from it would be much appreciated

We use these and they work well. We also use annualised hours contracts.
I would recommend using a HR specialised firm to help you get the right wording etc.
