The contract is to provide the onsite cleaning services at this primary school. The core clean activity will take
place during term time before the school day starts which will be supplemented by a pre planned out of term
periodic cleaning programme. The
scope of works for this project is to supply all labour, plant and materials to clean the school, including:
Main entrance and all other entrances
Reception
Waiting room
Lifts, stairs and walkways
All office accommodation
All teaching rooms
All toilets/wash rooms/changing areas
Hall/gym
Medical room and showers
Dining hall
Library
Staff room.

The stated location was established in September 1992 as a voluntary aided co-educational primary school
within Enfield Local Authority.
We are a 2-form entry school with 456 pupils.
Our floor area is 4,429 m2, and includes 16 classrooms, and various other facilities (including sports hall,
toilets, kitchens, art room, amongst others) which need cleaning on a daily basis.
Wolfson Hillel Primary School is seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver its cleaning under a 3 year contract.
We are seeking suitably qualified, experienced and competent companies who have a proven track record to
tender for the cleaning contract.
The School sublets to a pre-school nursery and cleaning will be required for this sublet on a daily basis for 9
weeks during school holidays.
The contract is planned to start on the 01/03/2013.
The closing date for Expressions of Interest and submission of completed PQQs is 12pm on 26 October 2012
