Lost a job today, then gained a job, with PICS
« on: September 28, 2012, 08:16:57 pm »
We lost a job just up the road from me, 3 bed semi £10 monthly. Nothing to worry about, just dont like losing ANY jobs, LOL #GREED.

Anyway had a call from a current customer who lives in a big house (£75 monthly) saying "We are having a party in the Manor can you come and clean the Orangery TODAY, sorry for the short notice!"
Of course we can! Need to keep people like this sweet!

Now we have seen this Manor being completely gutted and refurbished and its BIG!

Anyway just a few pics of the place which she allowed me to take for our Portfolio of current jobs for reference and our website  :D

Here we go...................................................

I think its my new favourite house, and we do some monster sized multi million pound houses!

Oooooo that is shiny!!

Hmmm 3 bed semi takes less than 10 minutes to do (WFP) and they have 11 windows. I think £10 is a good price! We do a few of them near each other and earn VERY well outta them! Well one less now!! LOL
Oooooo that is shiny!!

He other house takes 45mins ish for £75  ;D

LOL you only make that mistake once or twice, and we have, but we're talking years and years ago now  ;D

We use physiological jedi mind tricks now!  Big the customer up and say how big and beautiful the house is and how many windows there are, get them to confirm the obvious statement you have made, then BANG! that will be £00000. Then close the deal with something like, to keep it looking beautiful and keep the frames looking like new ideally you need a monthly clean!   ;)

Sounds like you have it sorted. Do you have many big jobs?

Yeah quite a few million pound plus houses, probably at least 30. Biggest job is a £5 million pad. TBH we prefer these. We do tend to aim for higher end houses rather than estates.

Hmm it's hard to say as they're mixed up with other bits. Due to bigger houses take longer to clean the big stuff isn't on its own days they are just with other houses in the same area.
With regards to rates yeah better, these house/people types are perfect for us. Luckily there are plenty of what we call scallys round here and this means there is not other options but to have us. So we say you get what you pay for.

TBH it's all about getting in with a couple then as loaded people socialize with other loaded people it just happens. The recommendations just flow. This is one of 5 houses this family own and the cheapest is £50. That's not to say as they are loaded they don't care , that's where the "whole service" comes into play. Like turning up an hour after them calling saying can you fit us in as we have a party. Doing the odd  inside door if you see it's messy etc etc.
