i dont want to over promise and find it goes pear shaped
also the rates and hours wont interfere with benefits, from what i can gather and if someone's not worked for a while im sure they would want to try it
On the advert it does say rate and hours to increase after trial period wouldn't you give it a try if you had not worked for a long time

Bob

why don't you change your advert, don't mention a hourly rate, instead go for a day rate, say £40 for the 1st month then increases to £54 and when they work on their own in a van £60, also link a bonus on work done each month as well

•£3.68 - the 16-17 rate for workers above school leaving age but under 18
so anything above that is better than what they have as a minimum

forget paying them any more bob.  that's not the reason you're not getting replies.  i'd just run the advert again in job centre and see what you get.

have you thought of advertising in the local polish shop?
