Made good use of a rainy day
« on: September 25, 2012, 05:16:59 pm »
Evening all,

Bought a bigger tank last week and today was the
Perfect chance to get it all sorted!
Dragged the old 250l tank and system out, chopped  and changed
It all to my liking and now have a 500l 2 man system installed and
Running sweet as a nut.

The system I had was a cleaning warehouse one that had everything
Bolted to the front, so  believe it or not I now have a
Tank that is twice the size but I now have more room
In my van and all the pumps and pipe work are well out of harms
Way! Get more wrk done now with out having to go home and fill up  8)
And can start thinking about getting a lad part time.

Cheers
Colin

SWB connect?

If so, hows it drive when full?

I'm using 350 litre but wondering either bigger van, connect LWB or he just released std transit
and what water pressure do you run at? Ie 40/50/60
Mr B
If in doubt.....Leave it out !!

Ye swb  connect when full it's close to the 825 weight
But I'll only put 400L in it normally.  Filled it up
And when to the shop before and it don't seem much
Different to when 250 was in it.

I've only ever had me flow at 30 for the reason been
I wouldn't get past 1 pm and was empty if it was any higher,
But I've all so fitted a pole tap today so I'm going to have
My flow on 45-55  I no ill get loads more work gone this way.

Cheers
Colin

^ I use the padded unger belt too, very comfy and has metal D rings on both sides for tap.
