Hi Guys,

I have two rounds for sale both in the Essex area and have been established for well over 12 to 18 months.

I am selling these as i am deciding to move into other things. The work itself is well priced with no under priced work or time wasters, the work is based upon monthly intervals rather than 4 or 8 weekly (this could be changed if required but this would need to be done by the individual who buys it)

I have set out below the two monthly taking's taking in to consideration bi monthly customers.

Chelmsford Round

• Month 01 = £527.00
• Month 02 = £518.00

Colchester Round

• Month 01 = £542.00
• Month 02 = £535.75

Great Leighs Round

• Month 01 = £139.50
• Month 02 = £129.50

Fortnightly Commercial (two contracts) = £113.75
                               
Month 01 Round Total £1436.00

Month 02 Round Total £1410.75
(The above totals are taking into account two visits of the fortnightly commercial contracts)

This does not include any quarterly or yearly cleans that are included within this. There is also the opportunity to clean from time to time any required builders cleans within a large commercial site in Colchester. These are priced correctly and the last 10 houses where cleaned and over £400 charged.

Offers accepted around the £7000.00 mark, i am looking for just under five times the value, this is good solid work with bags of potential.

I will soon also be putting up for sale, once the round is sold my 2006 Dispatch 900 enterprise with onboard 600 litre 4040 system.

its not a diy, but i have installed it myself. Its a purefreedom frame, tank & ro frame, but has the gaps water stainless HF5 4040 and smaller pre filters with 100psi shurflo and cleaning warehouse controller. There is also a Fogwash installed with safefill gas bottle and a cox reel with 100meters of gardiners 6mm thermobore.

it is the 900 2.0 hdi (last of the old face lift model) i think it now has around the 98k mark ive put around twenty on it in the last 18 to 24 months (since i've owned it), it will be serviced and cambelt changed before it goes but will reflect this in its price.

it is a pucka bit of kit but i wont be able to sell it until the round has gone.

the work is based mainly around highwoods, wivenhoe & alresford but there is a very small amount around the old garrison side of colchester.
