Phoned em many times since I first ordered and every time they have been superb. Last week I called em at 4pm to order a resi neck that somehow I broke. They said we'll send you a free one, so I bought one more as a spare and they sent me another 2 'with compliments'. Top notch. Also a a wfp newbie it's good to know your supplier is really helpful.

No complaints from me had a faulty brush a few weeks back they gave me a mobile number so i could take a pic on my phone and send it to them ,

Very simple saved any messing about and got new brush when they eventually arrived but the delay  was out of their control . Mike

Maybe they are to you mate,  I posted this as if there has ever been an issue they sort it out very quickly, that to me in a supplier is an asset for my business.

I dont have the time to keep chasing people if there are problems in thier business.

Yes they take my money, but after they have taken it there is aftercare if needed thats good. So credit where credit is due
