ideas to get rid of a nuisance?
« on: September 21, 2012, 08:33:16 pm »
an ex employee of mine  wont go quietly . in July i had to let him go cos  bloomin bloke crashed my van ,then tried to claim compo for (fake)paralysis from the other driver . the trust had gone for me
Within a week  he had a similar van ,set up on his own in a similar name and started door knockin my customers , undercutting he poached only a few ,most were not intrested  . then i guessed he had moved on

NOT SO - this week i heard he had been round one of my custies sayin hes my brother in law and id asked him to clean her windows now, the old dear  got confused and paid him .   i had a quick look at her windows and the fronts were clean but back windows had  been smeared with summat  . so we cleaned the lot and said nothing so not to worry the customer .

this guys a sick nut im now thinking, so far iv ignored him (apart from getting back most of the customers he poached  )  but it seems hes not moved on

i had similar thing, took me a couple of hours but i printed a slip detailing that i was still the window cleaner and i had not sold or asked anyone else to clean the windows,
about the only thing you can do i think, and quicker than knocking on all custies doors, failing that try and catch him in the action!
