Nationwide cleaning supplies

Has anybody been having problems with Nationwide Cleaning Supplies (www.ncsonline.co.uk)? I placed a large order on 20 August and have still not recieved it. I have made many many attempts to contact them through email and phone but with no response! Is it just me?
