I've never used or made a Gutter vac Slumpy.
But from 5 minutes of searching the internet i've found mini-downpipe from the diy stores which is 50mm.
Then you will need 50mm downpipe connectors like these to connect your sections: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mini-Shed-50mm-Downpipe-Connector-Available-Black-Brown-CLEARANCE-/250924558399?_trksid=p4340.m263&_trkparms=algo%3DSIC%26its%3DI%252BC%26itu%3DUCI%252BIA%252BUA%252BFICS%252BUFI%26otn%3D15%26pmod%3D260886659218%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D2102299661803745023&_qi=RTM1062687
But again should be available from the diy stores.
And to connect your vacuum hose to your downpipe you will need a Hose Cuff like this:  http://www.polarbrite.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=72_74&products_id=707

I would of thought it makes sense to silicone the downpipe connecters around the bottom where they are fitted to the top of the downpipe sections.
There are loads of aluminium bends here that would just need a silicone sleeve or another downpipe connector might be suitable:    http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l2736&_nkw=50mm+bend

Slumpydog, just but one! The Eastern Trading one is good value for your money and has a more than adequate 3000watt triple motor.
