strong hose reel on ebay anyone used it?

im in need of somthing decent sick of buying crap every 6 months.
i came accross this today for £108 it looks durable has anyone used it and is it as strong as it looks!

yep we have one, its ok if you have up to 80m of 8mm, if you have 100m of hose fitted it just falls of the sides when reeling out

cleaning spot one is more expensive £115 inc vat,

so does this reel last? ie handle etc

I have one and believe me they are not as robust as as a powder coated metal reel.

I was more than a bit dissapointed as I was assembling the thing.  It's currently holding tricoflex 12mm garden hose(and not much 50m approx).

Thay are in a word...garbage

Completely agree. Really poor quality. The handle is very thin plastic and snap very easily. Ours lasted 2 months max and we chucked it out and put it down to a very bad purchase.

This one's solid, apart from the handle coming off occasionally during frantic winding  :)

if your after a good reel check out a company called redash loads of reels and other related stuff

redash look bloody good, just looking to see which one is the best for us?
