risk assesment

hi.can anybody help me with a risk assesment for working off a flat toof to clean windows using a pole system.the roof is approx 4 metres wide so obviously i wont be near the edge but i must hand a risk assesment for a new contract i have picked up.
I would be very gratefull if anyone can help.
