32 houses cleaned every 4 weeks generating £300.00 They are on one private estate spanning 3 streets so no travelling. The prices range from £5 front - £10 all round - £13 with conservatory. The customers pay cash on the day and are conditioned to cleans in all weathers. Currently cleaned using traditional methods but as all the frames and doors are cleaned and wiped down allows for easy conversion to WFP. It currently takes 2 lads one day to clean off ladders and an estimated 1 day 1 lad wfp. Close access to the St. Helens linkway and the second round i have for sale. The round has scope for expansion with 3 large new build sites in close proximity. Im selling due to downsizing. Im in no hurry so no timewasters

The round is located near the st helens linkway for easy access and is in a desirable area. I also have another round for sale approx 2mins drive from this round. Selling due to downsizing.
