hi guys
ive been approached by a bus/coach company to quote to clean 20 coaches per day, mostly service buses and minibuses, also some travel coaches,
ive never quoted for this before but its an up and coming coach company and has a plan to extend its services adding more coaches and other services to it in the future,
any advice
thanx jonny

Having many years of knowledge in this field you need to break the cleaning into two sections - Daily (after they finish work) and periodic (Deep Clean). The productivity depends on just how clean they want the vehicles on a daily basis which would be from c10 mins for removing heavy litter etc. to 15-20 mins if they want the windows etc. spot cleaned.
For periodic cleaning you should allow at least 1 hour per vehicle per week which would be compounded if done at increased intervals (If they only want them deep clean once a forthnight then allow 2 hours etc.) this is due to crud build up etc.. i have specifcations somewhere so mail me if you need them
