Hi Chris
I think you are spot on with the price and the time to clean each unit

If it's a car showroom then I would go for monthly.

One other problem you sometimes get with car showrooms, we do a large Caffyns plus a smaller showroom, is car wax on the glass from when they clean the cars. I'm not quite sure how it gets there but it does.

I'd have a close look at the glass first and if there seems to be odd marks almost looking like they're etched into the glass then I'd point it out and up the price a bit as the only thing I've found that removes it is neat vinegar on a mop and then wfp in the normal way.

Me, minus any wax on the glass, I'd go for £35 a month and sell the quality of work.

Cheers

I think you were nearly right first time Chris.

£45 a clean. Outside only.  Every month.

I think it'll take you a while to get the time right for 5 of them.
hope you get them.
Nice earner

Don't forget the aces up your sleeve, Chris.

He doesn't know what it costs you to produce pure water.
He doesn't know the time and expense involved in getting it onto his windows.
Only a calculated guess.
He knows any pro tool user has to charge at least £30 an hour.
I wish I was going for it!
Don't let it go.
All the best.

take pj's advice but if you think he will haggle, start at £50.00 monthly, but i do think £40/£45 is what you need.
would be a nice little earner, and do what alot of other people have suggested on other posts, if he goes for bi-monthly, double your price!

Considering the prestigious style of his business and the need to retain a good clean look etc I would suggest you '' recommend '' monthly  with the fee you want and consider an alternative of 5-6 weekly with a slightly higher fee.

Stress your desire to be flexible to accomodate his needs and budget but at the same time giving him the service and quality he requires.

If he wants to change the time-scale in the future thats up to him.

Just a thought  :)
