Hi guys, this is my first post on the contract cleaning!
Ive been out today to a potential window cleaning customer, who in conversation asked me whether id be interested in a builders clean and regular every morning cleaning of their premises too.
Firstly this took me by surprise, so i said i will get back to them at a more convenient time to them (this was a cold call by me) so i can write up details and then quote. ( the company are about 3 weeks away from trading).
I now know i need some serious help as to pricing, equipment, dos and donts and what this cleaning entails. Oh by the way its a leisure/fitness facility
