Hi Lee,

ive just been looking through your youtube videos from a link you put on another post, some great videos there,

I saw the reverse graffiti one what a great idea how do you stand legally with that?

I have tried some Google searches and got some very conflicting answers some are saying it is not breaking any laws others are saying it is a criminal offence.

wikipedia is saying criminal offence in the uk?

Cheers Mark

Councils are clamping down Mark using a particular law based on permission. Never had a problem with manchester city council where we have done over 15 campaigns. Bolton council gave permission to a film company to undertake a campaign  of which we were subbed yet they won't give me permission direct. Make of that what you will. I ignore and carry out if I know they're arsey about it. They tend to just jump on impressions that are placed on walls not paving as the pricks quite obviously don't walk the streets to find them but drive to the office and spot them.

Power trip and jealousy sums it up.

Was supposed to be in Edinburgh and Glasgow this weekend to do some but I advised the media company to seek permission for where they wanted the impressions as they were landmark steps. The council refused apparently.

Got 2 more coming up for Manchester this month.
