maintenance cleaning packages for builders
« on: January 22, 2006, 10:50:43 pm »
Can any one give me any help on maintenance packages.
 ???
I have just been approached by a home builder who as asked me if i would be interested in, cleaning the windows, cleaning paths, upvc, and general gardening, cutting the lawns and pruning the gardens, basic keeping the  outside clean and tidy.
I clean windows, upvc and paths, driveways allready so i know what to charge, but never grass cutting and general gardening.
The people who are buying the apartments will have a yearly fee to pay for.

I am due to go and meet up with the firm next month to descuss what they exactly need. But the problem is i dont know how to price it.
Please if anyone does anything like this, please can you give some advice.

Get your local paper and phone up 2/3 and compare prices, remember LANDSCAPERS will charge more than gardeners, charge a medium rate, most areas probably about £15.00an hour

work out how lmany hours you think it might take to complete all of the work be on the generous side and then times that by what you normally earn/aim for in an hour and then round it up.
