these were IMO underpriced at a tenner let alone the £5 they have been quoted by the new guys!!!

YEP  we got these chancers and with a lot of folk loosing there jobs every one trying to make a living and the future does not look bright even in my area  stockport council workers sent letters there jobs are on the line  .

The "imergrants" I meet - and I meet plenty in my travels - all work harder than anyone from the council estates near me.  They wont be looking for work because they all have jobs as they arent shiftless layabouts.

I'm seeing more of this too. Wierd stuff i never seen before, like a car pull up, two guys out,ladders off, clean house , put it all away and move off. I see this lots with different WFP vans but never seen ladder guys doing it like that before.

Yep i think people set their mind set on just going out and getting customer, not in the actual business scene of profit margin. At least if they call back you can price slightly higher

Bobby they usually pull up and then go along the whole street. Unless its a big job you won;t ordinarily see them pull up for one 'ordinary' house. Thats the way it is here anyway.

nothing wrong with doing a bit of bird.ive made more money this week with the hot weather and all those lovely posh houses leaving windows open and all the gold they leave on the window ledges and wads of money is to much temptation to miss.Happy days
