evening all,
I have a 18" whirlaway & an 18" tech-clean and in the last two weeks i have changed the small o-ring at the bottom of the rotary head twice & three times respetivley, and within half a day of use the o-ring in each split again, i spoke to jan at tech-clean and she said there are no special rings for the job just use viton so you can use hot water, she gave me the size of the rings to use and they still keep splitting,
anybody had this problem.
thanks.

Only had 1 "o" ring go in the FSC head in 6-years, does the head have enough grease in it after you have changed the ring?

My first head never had a grease nipple, the later one has. You need to grease little but often or it spin slowly - thinner grease is better. I use 0 grade. If your blowing the o ring then either the faces are worn or the pressure is building up
