Will 15lpm be enough to run it to a decent cleaning standard?

Cheers,

Matt

Try 2 x 1502 nozzles and see if it cuts.

Is it a floater?

Our 20''has 2 x 1503's on for 21 litre.

That Yanmar you were after with 202 pump I've put it on the big van now. The other Yanmar that was on with 201 pump the shaft keyway had opened up so is missing on turning over the gearbox/pump.

I'm left with bowser now to put a machine on and sell. Think I'll put a Honda diesel on it tomorrow and clean it up, if I'm not too tired in the morning. Going to Leeds again at 3am tonight.

Hi mate. yeah its a floater, no wheels but ive got some wheels off an 18" i might try and make something up.

You think just trying a smaller nozzle will work? I suppose it makes sense. Smaller jozzle wont mess the machine/pump up will they?

the yanmar i bought had the same problem. the keyway sheared off. they wanted £600 to repair it and put a new shaft in it. dunno if i want a honda, parts are expensive. Not much out there at the moment and what is out there is expensive. might wait till winter to get a bowser.

There's 2 x 1502's on our 12" Mosmatic and that cuts nicely. Not tried on 18" though.

We've got a job in Glasgow and in Edinburgh in a few weeks, we'll meet up if you like.

No it's a RG campaign pal.

That 202 pump of ours, the gearbox broke away from the engine today. Puzzled as to how, there didn't seem to be bad vibrations. It's been on the engine for 18 months and no problem.

I took the H & M for service at the end of last week and the alternator had sheared off the base, how that happened is beyond me as well. Nice new weld & a couple of bolts. All good now!

did it bugger the shaft on the engine?!

You just gonna replace the gearbox? im looking at just upgrading the pump on my vanmount and waiting till winter to pick up a trailer. want a 202 and ill just swap it with my 201. Found a brand new 202 for £390 delivered. but if you wanna get rid of yours or you find another one floating around let me know.

Let me know when your up and ill meet up mate

No the shaft is fine. Had another gearbox in van with 201 pump on and switched them over in 20 mins and cracked on with the bin stores we did today.

Dunno what to do with the pump. I would like to put it on a bigger engine like a Kohler so it does full bar. As it was only doing around 170 on the Yanmar.

I thought you bought a bigger engine for your new trailer?

Yeh it's a Lombardini 20hp. The guy I bought from said it was 24hp but Lombardini confirmed it's 20hp. It's a beast though.

Did you get any further on this? I'm quite intrested to know whether 15lpm would work a 20" effectively.

Thanks.
