gutter vac charging

What would you charge for gutter cleaning an average 3 bed semi with a gutter vac ?

If I was doing this work I would be treating it as an add on and not bothered if I got job or not so would prob charge just under £200 ... £185 ish with maybe a "free" window clean thrown into the deal.

Prob £120 more normal price.

Cheers ian, I've not got any of the gear yet just trying to get a ball park price for a geni, gutter vac, etc, and is it a popular ad on and worth the investment ?

sorry was talking in theory ... dont actually do this type of work but I rekon they would be my charges ... prob not get a lot of work but I would be looking for the cream

Do you get many requests for down pipes, if so what's the best way to clear them if blocked and price  ???
